Extremely personal service with a lovely team. Flexible with check in times and single room was a good size with a large window

Stayed at Edendale House last night ( 2 rooms). Welcoming and friendly hosts. Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean, and loved the decor. Superb breakfast. We would highly recommend it to anyone. Great value.

It was a lovely place to stay with a warm welcome. The room was very nice. Gorgeous bathroom. Breakfast was brilliant. The only issue I had was the pillows that were uncomfortable.

Perfectly placed for the town centre and Hesketh Park, Parkrun. Immaculate room, very comfy bed, a fabulous hearty full english breakfast and the most friendly hostess. Would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, Josie very welcoming. Breakfast massive and lovely. Just outside of Southport town centre, but only £3.50 in a taxi. Very clean and friendly.

Josie and Ian are the perfect hosts. Rooms exceptional and very clean as is the guest house. Great varied choice for breakfast. We have stayed here numerous times, wouldn't stay anywhere else. Highly recommend

Our hosts Josie and Ian made us feel very welcome during our 7 day stay the room was first class the Covid arrangements were spot on and you will not get a better breakfast any where would recommend to anyone thanks again Christine David and Mum
